About the player
Stefan Opriș came through the Universitatea Cluj academy and was handed his first-team debut for the 2024–25 Liga I season, though the opportunity amounted to a single appearance. Cluj sent him out on loan the following season to CSM Politehnica Iași, where regular football in Liga 2 followed: 26 appearances.
On 1 July 2026, Opriș joined Dinamo București on a free transfer, signing a contract until 2029. He has since made three appearances in Liga I for Dinamo and one in the Cupa României.
Born in Huedin, Opriș has also represented Romania at Under-17 level, with one cap to his name so far.
