Cankirigucu

Çankırıgücü won the Çankırı 1st Amateur League in the 2025-2026 season, closing it out with a 5-0 win over Şabanözü Belediyespor that sent the club up to the Bölgesel Amatör Lig for 2026-2027. The same campaign carried through the age groups: the under-15 and under-16 sides took their own league titles, and the under-14 team qualified for the Turkey Championship.

The club itself is barely three years old, put together in 2022 by fifteen local volunteers in Çankırı. Sezer Er, who joined from Kağıthanespor, scored four goals in his first four matches for the side; Oğuzcan Coşkun, Anıl Sarıoğlu and Abdurrahman Veli Akça round out a squad built around that kind of experience mixed with the youth production the club has leaned on. Oğuzhan Akbaba runs the club as president.

Home games are usually played at the modest Kem Sahası, though bigger occasions have been moved to the 4,410-seat Çankırı Atatürk Stadium instead. Local reporters have taken to calling the squad "Genç Rüzgârı" — the Young Breeze — for the youth running through it, though it has never been adopted as a formal name. The team plays in red and white.

Promotion has brought a cup run with it: in the 2026-2027 Ziraat Turkish Cup, Çankırıgücü reached the first elimination round, where they were drawn against Amasyaspor, a tie set for September 15 and 17, 2026.
