Getafe II

Getafe II sit in Segunda Federación, the fourth tier, where they arrived in 2022–23; another season there is the immediate business.

The team exists to feed Getafe CF, cycling through the lower divisions under Getafe CF Promesas, the name it carried from its founding in 1983 before becoming Getafe CF B in 1990. Its one real peak came in 2010–11, when it reached Segunda División B for the first time and stayed there six years before relegation in 2016–17. It went back up in 2018–19 after winning Tercera División Group VII, only to drop straight back down again.

They play at the Ciudad Deportiva Fernando Santos de la Parra, where the reserves were occasionally billeted between 1998 and 2005 before settling into their own space. The blue kit and the "Azulones" nickname are borrowed straight from the first team, and locally the side is also known as "El Promesas".

Getafe II's closest thing to a rivalry runs through CD Leganés B, an echo of the senior South Madrid derby, with Fuenlabrada Promesas filling in as a secondary opponent.
