In 2022 it won the 3. Liga; the following year, under player-coach Benny Bittarelli, it won the 2. Liga Interregional (Group 1) as well, with a squad built mainly from local juniors rather than signings brought in for the push. President Fabien Mignard called it an unexpected success. Hugo D'Aquino, the club's top scorer that season, carried much of the goalscoring load in the promotion campaign, and captain Flavio Saldini led the side through it.
In 2019/20 Pully reached the last 32 and lost 1-4 to Basel; in 2012 it had already faced Aarau in the same competition.
