«Rockets»
Bürgel, the Offenbach district that gave American football a home on Frankenstraße, is not the kind of place associated with imported sports.
Red remains the colour on the shirts, with black and white alongside it, and the Sportplatz Frankenstraße holds about 1,000 people when the senior side plays — a ground sized for a club still working its way through the Oberliga and Verbandsliga. No senior silverware has come from those seasons.
What the Rockets have built instead is downstream, in flag football, where the club's junior sides have done the winning. The U13s took the Ligapokal for the Mid-Germany region in the summer of 2024 and defended it in 2025, and the U10s were crowned champions of Hesse in 2024.
