Z. Moravce-vrable Women

Zlaté Moravce already had a men's side wearing the ViOn colours when a women's team first formed there around 2012, only for that setup to fold a few years later. The club started again in 2017, this time building it as the women's section of FC ViOn Zlaté Moravce – Vráble, and the team has carried that name ever since, sharing the club's stadium and website rather than running its own.

Progress has come gradually rather than in a rush. The clearest marker so far is the 2025/26 season, in which the side finished top of the Second League and earned promotion to the top flight, the Orange Liga, for 2026/27 — the first time the women's team has reached that level since re-forming.

The club still plays at Štadión FC ViOn, shared with the men's team, though even something as basic as its capacity is unsettled: some records put it at just over 4,000, others at 5,000 with roughly 3,300 seats. No trophy sits in the women's cabinet yet, no rivalry has taken hold, and beyond a contact name in the club's coaching setup, the people actually running the team remain largely unrecorded.
