About the player
Albin Sporrong came up through the youth ranks at Skogstorps GOIF before passing through the academies of Eskilstuna City FK and AFC Eskilstuna, and joined Västerås SK in autumn 2018. Promoted to the first team that December on a three-year contract, he made his Superettan debut the following year.
During that period at Västerås SK, loan spells took him to Västerås IK and Nyköpings BIS in 2019, then to IFK Eskilstuna in 2020.
That move came in August 2021, when he joined Norwegian side Mjøndalen IF. His stay there ran until his contract expired, by which point he had already left on loan for Östersunds FK in March 2023, with an option to buy. That option was exercised in January 2024, turning the move permanent as a free transfer once his Mjøndalen deal ran out. He stayed at Östersunds FK through to the end of 2025.
In January 2026 he signed for IK Brage on a free transfer. He has not collected team honours or individual awards along the way, and has not been capped by Sweden's senior national side.
