Herculano Nabian

Herculano Nabian was born in Bissau, Guinea-Bissau, and represents Portugal at international level, having come through the youth ranks from under-15 to under-20. He made his senior debut for Vitória Guimarães in July 2021 at the age of 17, becoming the club's youngest debutant of the century. Before that step up, he had spent two seasons with the club's reserve side, where a hat-trick in April 2021 stood out among 35 appearances and ten goals.

His move to Empoli began as a loan in August 2022 and was made permanent the following April for an initial fee of €450,000. The switch to Italy did not settle him into a single first-team role; instead, his time at Empoli has been defined by a string of loan spells, taking him to União de Leiria, Mérida AD and Pontedera. From August 2026, he is set to continue that path in Turkey with Keçiörengücü, joining on a free transfer once his contract with Empoli expires, and signing until June 2027.

At youth international level, Nabian reached the final of the 2023 UEFA European Under-19 Championship with Portugal. He began playing at Recreios Algueirão before moving to Belenenses and then joining Vitória Guimarães's academy, the club with which he would go on to make his senior breakthrough.
