Jed Drew

Jed Drew grew up around rugby league before choosing football, the son of former NRL player Brad Drew. A season with Northbridge Bulls in the NPL NSW, where he scored three goals in 20 appearances, led to his move into the A-League Men with Macarthur FC in 2022.

Drew made his A-League debut against Adelaide United in October 2022 and scored his first professional goal the following month against Central Coast Mariners. Over three seasons at Macarthur he made 61 appearances and scored 10 goals, and was part of the squad that won the Australia Cup in 2024.

In February 2025 he signed a three-and-a-half-year contract with TSV Hartberg. He scored his first goal for the Austrian club in April 2025, netting in the ninth minute against WSG Tirol, and started as Hartberg beat Austria Wien in the Austrian Cup semi-final.

Internationally, Drew has represented Australia at youth level, featuring for the under-20s at the 2023 AFC U-20 Asian Cup, where he set up a goal against Qatar and started the quarter-final defeat to Uzbekistan before being substituted. He stepped up to the Olyroos in March 2025, starting a 2-1 win over Croatia U23 in the Doha International U23 Cup on his debut for the under-23 side.
