About the player
Léo Natel came through Benfica's youth ranks before returning to Brazil on loan to São Paulo, the club that made his move permanent in 2017. His career since has been a string of loans and transfers across South America, Europe and Oceania rather than a settled spell anywhere. At APOEL, his first loan there brought a Cypriot First Division title, and he returned to the Nicosia club for a second stint three years later. A short loan at Casa Pia in Lisbon was cut by injury in November 2022, and he later spent a season in Australia with Melbourne City.
Corinthians signed him permanently in 2020, and he stayed at the São Paulo club for four years before moving to Cyprus again, this time with Pafos, where he added a second Cypriot championship medal to his collection. Spells at Grêmio Novorizontino and AEL Limassol followed in quick succession before his move to Kazakhstan in April 2026, when Ordabasy brought him in for a reported fee of 220 million. He has made ten appearances and scored twice for the club so far.
He has never been capped by Brazil at any level.
