Nathan Tinsdale

Nathan Tinsdale's first senior minutes came at the start of the 2025/26 Championship season, and they came against Coventry City. Hull City drew 0-0 on 9 August 2025. He also made a second appearance that month, in the EFL Cup against Wrexham.

The route to that point started in Leeds and ran through the academy at Bradford City, where he stayed until July 2023. Hull took him on a one-year deal on 5 July that year, after a trial. He was 17 at the time of the move.

Hull have since kept faith with him. His contract with the club is reported to run to 2028, and rather than leave him waiting for more first-team chances, they sent him out to play regularly. In August 2026 he joined Crawley Town on a season-long loan, which runs until 30 June 2027.

The move has given him a foothold in men's football. He has made three appearances for Crawley this season: two in the league and one in the EFL Trophy. He has scored once.

Tinsdale is a right-footed midfielder. He has not yet won a cap at senior level for England, nor has he appeared for any of their youth sides. For now, his development is being shaped at club level, in a loan spell that will show how far his Hull apprenticeship has taken him.
