Oliver Endrias Hintsa

Oliver Endrias Hintsa's career began far from the Superettan, in the Halmstads BK academy, but the breakthrough he needed came only once the club sent him out on loan. At Tvååkers IF in 2020 he scored eight goals in 20 appearances, a return that persuaded Falkenbergs FF to sign him permanently that January. Over three seasons there he made 83 appearances and scored 21 goals, and one moment stands above the rest: in the first leg of the 2023 Superettan promotion playoff, he equalised in the 97th minute against a rival, a goal that proved crucial to Falkenbergs' campaign.

He went on to make 69 appearances for the club, scoring 22 goals. In the summer of 2026 he moved to Dinamo București, with club president Andrei Nicolescu describing the fee as in the "low hundreds of thousands of euros." He signed a contract running to 30 June 2028, with an option to extend it. Since arriving, he has made seven appearances for Dinamo and scored once.

Born in Halmstad, Hintsa holds dual Swedish and Eritrean citizenship and has chosen to represent Eritrea at international level. He is not the country's most capped player — that distinction belongs to Yidnekachew Shimangus — but he remains a recognised part of the squad.
