About the player
The move that changed things came in July 2023, when he joined FC Ufa as a free agent. Ufa won the FNL-2 Group 1 title and were promoted to the First League, and Pasevich was central to it: eight goals and six assists that season, including a hat-trick against Krasnodar-2. Fans voted him the club's best player for the second half of 2023/24 and again for the first half of 2024/25, and he collected the Player of the Month award twice, in April and again for May-June.
Sochi's interest in him was not straightforward. An offer of around 2 million roubles was turned down by Ufa at first, and only after Pasevich pushed for the move did it go through, in February 2025, on a free transfer.
His international career began later than his club one. Pasevich made his Belarus debut on 5 September 2025, coming on as a substitute in the 67th minute of a 2026 World Cup qualifier against Greece that finished 1-5.
