T. Gmur

Tymoteusz Gmur came through Lech Poznań's own academy, joining as a boy after two seasons at AKF Poznań and working his way up through the club's youth ranks. He played in the Central Youth League with the under-19 side before featuring regularly for Lech Poznań II, and his progress was rewarded with a first-team debut and a contract extension that ties him to the club into the future. In July 2026, Lech sent him out on loan to Stal Mielec for the season, a move confirmed separately from a similar loan involving teammate Sammy Dudek, who went to Unia Skierniewice.

Gmur operates as a left winger, though he has also been used further inside as an attacking midfielder. He is right-footed by most accounts, though not every source agrees: Sofascore lists him as left-footed, while other trackers describe him as comfortable on both sides.

His progress has not gone unnoticed by the Polish federation. Gmur has represented Poland at under-17, under-18 and under-19 level. He scored for both the under-17 and under-18 sides, and by 2027 had added caps at under-19 level in that age group's own European qualifiers, taking his youth international tally into double figures with a couple of goals attached. He has yet to add a senior cap to that record.

For now, his development continues away from Poznań, with Stal Mielec offering him a chance to gain senior football experience before he is due back at Lech.
