About the player
Osnes-Ringen made his Eliteserien debut for HamKam on 7 April 2025 against Bodø/Glimt at Aspmyra Stadion, starting the match and playing 83 minutes before being substituted in a 3-0 defeat. He completed 15 passes without a miss and had one shot on target. He joined HamKam on a free transfer in February 2024, with his contract later extended through to 2029.
He had come through Vålerenga's academy, where he spent two seasons before leaving for HamKam, and also featured for Vålerenga 2 in the 2. divisjon, scoring twice in 19 appearances in 2023. Before that, his path ran through Lyn's youth ranks and, as a boy, Korsvoll.
In August 2025, HamKam sent him out on loan to Raufoss in the 1. divisjon, where he made five appearances to build up first-team minutes.
Osnes-Ringen has also worked his way through Norway's youth national teams. He was capped twice for the U15s from 2021, then scored once in three appearances for the U18s, including a goal in a 3-2 win over Croatia in June 2024. He has since added three caps at U19 level. A senior call-up has not yet followed.
