Yomar Rene Rocha Rodriguez

Rocha came through Bolívar's own academy, joining the club's youth ranks before stepping up to the reserve side in 2020. He made his first-team debut for Bolívar in November 2021 and went on to spend four seasons in La Paz.

His breakthrough on the international stage came in March 2024, when he made his senior debut for Bolivia in a friendly against Algeria, a match his side lost 2-3. He was named in Bolivia's squad for the Copa América, appearing against Uruguay and Panama. Since then he has settled into the national set-up, accumulating over a dozen caps without yet finding the net for his country. He was more recently forced to withdraw from a squad called up for a 2026 World Cup qualifying window because of injury.

At club level, he signed for Akron Tolyatti in the Russian Premier League in September 2025, a deal worth €250,000 that also left Bolívar with a 15% sell-on clause should he move on again. The transfer marked one of the more notable departures from Bolívar's defensive ranks in recent seasons, and Rocha now continues his career in Russia wearing the number two shirt, the same squad number he had carried in Bolivia.
