Schwabach

Winning the Landesliga Bayern-Mitte in 1998 remains the highest step SC 04 Schwabach has managed since the merger that formed the club. Before it, the two names now folded into one had already collected their own silverware at a lower level: TSV 04 Schwabach took the Bezirksoberliga Mittelfranken in 1992, and further back, in 1956, the 2. Amateurliga Mittelfranken Süd.

The club itself dates its founding to 2 February 1996, when TSV 04 Schwabach and 1. SC Schwabach, two sides that had carried the town's name since 1904 and 1897, joined together as SC 04 Schwabach. Under the new colours, blue and white, it took the Mittelfranken Cup twice running, in 2004 and 2005.

Since then the level has settled lower, with the club now playing in the Landesliga Bayern Nordost, tier six of German football, and the more recent honours reflecting that: the Bezirksliga Mittelfranken 2 title came in 2016. Matches against Greuther Fürth II, Ansbach, ATSV Erlangen and Eichstätt give some sense of the company kept at that level.

Home games are played at what is now called the Hudson Sportpark, renamed from the old SC 04 Stadion.
