Pridea and Ramblin Rams played out a 7-7 draw in a regular-season NFL fixture on Saturday evening. The result leaves both sides with a single point from the opening round. and here's the thing — neither side could break through for a second score.
Each team reached the end zone once and converted the extra point. The defence held firm after those early scores, denying any further breakthrough. By then it was clear this would come down to who made fewer mistakes.
Ramblin Rams arrive with two losses behind them. They fell 21-36 to the Bulldogs on September 12th and were beaten 20-37 by Flying Fleet on August 29th. to be fair, the margin of defeat suggests they were outclassed rather than unlucky.
Pridea's record is not provided in the data, so no comparison can be drawn from their recent form. What stands out is how the game unfolded — a touchdown each, then silence.
A tie in the opening round means both sides sit level on points. No one has taken an early advantage, but neither has suffered a heavy blow. by then, the shape of the season has yet to emerge.
