About the player
Born in the State of Mexico, he started out in amateur football in Mexico City and left at fifteen to join Atlético Madrid's youth setup, spending roughly two years there before a spell at Rayo Alcobendas.
He returned to Mexico in 2023 and joined Pachuca's academy, working through the Sub-19 and Sub-23 sides.
Shrem left Pachuca as a free agent in early 2026 and signed for Deportivo Toluca on 7 January that year, joining the club's basic forces and Sub-21 squad with the stated aim of competing for the first-team goalkeeper's jersey.
He has not yet been called up to any of Mexico's youth national teams.
