Facundo Mura

Facundo Mura arrived at Inter Miami in January 2026 as a free agent, on a contract running through June 2029, and made his debut in Major League Soccer on 21 February 2026. The move followed the expiry of his contract at Racing Club at the end of 2025, closing a spell in Avellaneda that had brought three trophies: the 2022 Trofeo de Campeones, the 2024 Copa Sudamericana and the 2025 Recopa Sudamericana.

The right-back's career began at Estudiantes de La Plata, where he made his professional debut in March 2019. That form led Racing Club to acquire half of his sporting rights in January 2022, for a fee of around one million US dollars.

Mura has yet to earn a senior cap for Argentina, though he was once named in a squad for a friendly as an unused substitute. His international experience has instead come through the youth ranks: 14 appearances for the under-20 side between 2018 and 2019, and two for the under-23s, with whom he won the 2020 CONMEBOL Pre-Olympic Tournament.

Born in General Roca, Mura built his reputation in Argentine football before making the move to MLS.
