About the player
Guilherme Queiróz came through the youth ranks at CA Sorocaba before turning professional at Atlético Monte Azul. Spells at Mirassol and José Bonifácio took him to Grêmio Novorizontino for the first time in 2013. It was on loan from that club, at Associação Portuguesa de Desportos in 2015, that he had his best individual campaign, finishing as top scorer of the Campeonato Brasileiro Série C with 12 goals.
Figueirense, Paraná, São Bento and a return to Portuguesa followed within a few years, before he signed permanently with EC Juventude in 2018. From there came two loans in the same year, 2019, first to Santa Cruz and then to Grêmio Esportivo Brasil, followed by a second stint at Novorizontino.
He returned to São Bernardo at the start of 2025 before this latest move to Botafogo SP, where his contract runs to the end of the year.
