Kelvin Ehibhatiomhan

Kelvin Ehibhatiomhan came through Reading's academy and signed his first professional contract with the club on 2 July 2021. The breakthrough came later than the deal itself: he became a regular fixture in the first team after Reading's relegation to League One in 2023/24.

Across all competitions for Reading he made 139 appearances and scored 27 goals, with 19 of those coming in 123 league games. That output was recognised in March 2026, when he was named League One's Player of the Month.

Ehibhatiomhan can play through the middle or from the left, giving Reading's coaching staff a forward capable of stretching defences from wide areas as well as leading the line. Born in Benin City, Nigeria, he has been mentioned in connection with the Nigerian national team, though no confirmed record of caps or goals at that level is available.

His time at Reading ended on 29 July 2026 with a move to Danish club AC Horsens. Reports on the fee varied: Danish outlet Tipsbladet put the transfer at €750,000, while The Tilehurst End estimated it at around £640,000.
