Devin Carter signs with the Boston Celtics
The 24-year-old guard, drafted 13th by Sacramento in 2024, joins Boston to compete for a roster spot or two-way deal at training camp.
The 24-year-old guard spent his first two NBA seasons with the Sacramento Kings, who took him 13th overall in the 2024 draft out of Providence. Last season he appeared in 38 games, averaging 8.9 points, 3.3 rebounds and 2.7 assists in 18.4 minutes.
Carter's college side, Providence, sit sixth in the NCAA standings this term, without a win in 30 games.
