Isaac Bonga, Panathinaikos's new signing, says he adopted the habit from LeBron James during his time in the NBA.

"I always say one of the main things you can point to with LeBron is the importance of consistency. If you looked at every one of his days, they seemed the same. That's what I took from him. I watch a lot of other players and try to bring what I see into my own routine. I take the foundation and adapt it to myself — to my game and my own path of development," Bonga told Eurohoops.
