Zack Randolph urges Russell Westbrook to return to NBA
Former NBA star Zack Randolph believes Russell Westbrook still has the energy to play for three or four more years and would love to see him back in the league, specifically with the Miami Heat.
Zack Randolph has suggested Russell Westbrook might reverse his retirement decision and return to the NBA.
The former All-Star spoke about the 37-year-old guard after seeing his younger brother Ray recently. Randolph said Westbrook still had plenty of energy in the tank and would like to see him back in the league.
"This man should play in the league for at least three or four more years. I would love to see him with the Heat. Westbrook has plenty of strength left. Just yesterday I met his younger brother Ray. Russell might come back as well," Randolph said.
Westbrook ended his final season in 2025/26 averaging 15.2 points, 6.7 assists and 5.4 rebounds while shooting 42.7 per cent from the field and 33.8 per cent from three-point range.
