Damian Lillard Reveals Post-Injury Weight Drop
The Portland guard says he now weighs 195lb (88.5kg), his lightest in a decade, after recovering from a ruptured Achilles suffered in April 2025.
Damian Lillard has put a number on the recovery from his ruptured left Achilles: 195lb, or 88.5kg.
"195 pounds [88.5kg]," the Portland guard told reporters when asked for his current weight.
Asked whether that was a career low, Lillard said it was probably the lightest he has been in a decade. "Damn, I'm getting old," he added with a smile.
The NBA has previously listed him at 200lb (91kg). The drop follows his rehabilitation from the Achilles tear he suffered in Game 4 of Milwaukee's first-round play-off series against Indiana in April 2025.
Lillard, 36, has spent his career as a lead ball-handler built on quickness and shooting range rather than bulk, so the lighter frame will draw attention once he returns to game action for Portland.
