Uralmash beat Autodor on the road, 46 points from Javontae Douglas and David Efianayi deciding the game. Douglas finished with 24, Efianayi with 22.
Unics had no trouble with Dynamo-Vladivostok, winning comfortably.
Both results leave the VTB United League table bunched at the top after two rounds. Zenit, CSKA, Lokomotiv-Kuban and BetCity Parma are 1-0. Autodor, Unics and Uralmash sit at 1-1. Dynamo-Vladivostok, Samara, Yenisey and MBA-MAI are 0-1.
Lokomotiv-Kuban have not played since losing the Super Cup final to Anadolu Efes on 20 September, having reached that game on the back of a group win over CSKA that VTB United League chief Ilona Korstin praised for pace and depth of rotation. New centre Gleb Firsov said before the season that the Krasnodar side's rebuilt roster could challenge for the title. Their opening 1-0 mark gives an early sign of that, though a perfect start in the Russian Cup has proved harder to find — Lokomotiv-Kuban sit third in that competition without a point from three games.
