About the player
Aarom Fuentes passed through the academies of Alianza Lima, Universitario de Pisco and Deportivo Municipal. It was with Municipal that he broke through as a professional, debuting in January 2022 and holding a place in the first-team squad through the following two years, including a start against Alianza Lima in June 2023.
When his contract at Municipal expired, Fuentes moved to Atlético Grau on a free transfer on 1 July 2024. His first season with the club brought a single appearance and no clean sheet. In the 2025 Liga 1 campaign he has made two appearances, with a clean sheet and a save coming in a 0-0 draw against FBC Melgar on 5 October 2025.
Born in Pisco, the goalkeeper stands 187 cm tall and plays with his right foot. He has not been capped by Peru's senior national team, and his career so far carries no major team or individual honours.
