Léo Passos went through Palmeiras without ever forcing his way into the first team.
The clearest mark he has left came in the lower divisions rather than the top flight. At Náutico in 2022 he won the Campeonato Pernambucano, and at América Mineiro he had his busiest spell, with 33 Série B appearances across two seasons and a single outing in the Série A.
Primavera is where his story keeps returning. He scored twice in ten league games there in 2023, added a further 20 appearances and a goal across 2024 and 2025, and by early 2026 he was back again, lining up in the Campeonato Paulista against sides including Botafogo-SP and Guarani-SP.
A right-footed forward from Campinas, he came up through Ponte Preta's youth ranks before Palmeiras took him on.
