Maximiliano Joel Falcón Picart

Maximiliano Falcón came through Nacional's youth system before making his move into senior football at Rentistas, where he won the Uruguayan Apertura in 2020. That title paved the way to Colo-Colo, who brought him to Chile that October for a fee of around €550,000.

That run of success made him a target abroad, and in January 2025 Inter Miami paid a fee in the $2.0–2.5 million range to bring him to Major League Soccer, with Colo-Colo keeping a 15% sell-on interest. In December 2025 Falcón and his teammates won the MLS Cup, beating the Vancouver Whitecaps 3-1.

At international level, Falcón represented Uruguay at Under-20 level, making seven appearances and scoring once. He was called into the senior squad in March 2021 for World Cup qualifiers against the pandemic backdrop that saw CONMEBOL suspend that international window, and a senior debut has not followed since.
