The Koblandy Batyr Central Stadium The pitch itself is natural grass, fitted with under-soil heating installed in 2011 to combat the winter freeze, ensuring the surface remains playable when the temperatures drop.

While a new facility is rising in the Altynorda district with a target capacity of 35,000, this ground remains the active home for the local side. It opened in 1975, long before the club became FC Aktobe, originally named after the wrestler Kazhymukan Demuov before adopting the name of the epic hero Koblandy.

Unlike many multi-purpose venues, there are no running tracks here; the design has always served football exclusively. The stadium has hosted European nights for FC Aktobe, seeing visitors from across the continent, from teams like Werder Bremen to Sparta Prague. It has also welcomed the Kazakhstan U-21 side for qualifiers and, more recently, hosted a qualifying mini-tournament for the UEFA Women’s Champions League, marking a shift in the venue's range of use.
