Guinguette Arena
Charleville-Mézières, France
Formerly: L'Arena, Caisse d'Epargne Arena
The Guinguette Arena is located in Charleville-Mézières. It occupies a site at Rue de la Vieille Meuse. Built to replace the Salle Bayard, it was inaugurated on September 2, 2015. The capacity sits at 2,960 seats.
Inside, the geometry is defined by the wooden parquet floor required for basketball.
The arena has seen its share of commercial shifts. It began as L'Arena before being branded Caisse d'Epargne Arena, a name it kept until September 29, 2023, when the rights passed to La Guinguette Club Lounge.
In 2025, a row of photovoltaic panels was mounted on the south facade and the eastern steel section. The installation cost €243,183.67 and is expected to generate 36% of the arena's electricity consumption.
