Stadium
KGHM Ślęza Arena
Wrocław, Poland
The ground has not been here for long, but the location is old. It sits in the Kłokoczyce district, where the old name Psim Pole still hangs in the air. Opened in September 2023 , the arena is a new structure for an old patch of earth.
Inside, the floor is a mobile surface. It is not a grass pitch; it is a machine for sport.
The main hall covers the bulk of the space. Gwardia Wrocław also uses the floor for volleyball, turning the game into a vertical contest.
Outside, the wind cuts down ul. Kłokoczycka. It is not a grand cathedral of sport, but it is functional. The track is for running, the court is for jumping.
