Thornqvist added a fourth goal in the 87th minute to settle any lingering doubt. Four substitutions came together in the 62nd minute for the hosts, followed by changes at 71st, 75th and 81st. Malmö made no reshuffle that altered the pattern.

Malmö remain third but have lost the gap to the leaders. Three points at home, one goal difference, and a run that follows two straight wins against Uppsala and Norrköping. By then, the scoreboard told you everything.
