About the player
Ante Sušak came up through Zrinjski's own youth ranks in Mostar before Dinamo Zagreb took him at the age of twelve. His time at Dinamo yielded silverware before regular football: he won the Croatian Championship and the Junior HNL with the club in the 2023/24 season, though his first-team involvement stayed limited to a single appearance.
To gain minutes, Dinamo sent him out on loan twice. He spent the 2024/25 season split between HNK Gorica, where he made four appearances in the Croatian First League, and NK Rudeš, where he featured eleven times.
In June 2025 the move became permanent in the other direction: Sušak returned to Zrinjski Mostar, the club that first developed him, signing a three-year contract after an agreement with Dinamo Zagreb.
At youth international level, Sušak has represented Croatia's under-19 side, collecting eight caps, and he took part in the 2023 UEFA European Under-17 Championship.
