About the player
Ahmad Taha came through the Bnei Sakhnin academy after starting out at Ahva Kfar Manda and passing through the youth ranks at Maccabi Haifa and Irony Nesher. He joined the Bnei Sakhnin senior squad in July 2022 and has since made around 60 appearances for the club, scoring twice. Bnei Sakhnin sent him out on loan to Maccabi Bnei Raina for the 2024/2025 season, with the move running through to the summer of 2026, before he returned to Sakhnin.
Taha plays with both feet, a trait picked out by scouting sites, though match reports have also described him favouring his right in specific situations. At 182 cm, he offers Bnei Sakhnin two-footed versatility.
He has represented Israel at youth level, earning four caps for the under-19s between 2023 and 2024 without scoring, and has since been included in under-21 squads during qualifiers for the 2027 European Under-21 Championship. He has not featured for the senior national team.
