Anatoli Nuriyev

Sabah's first Azerbaijan Cup came in the final against Qarabağ, which they won 3–2 on 31 May 2025. Anatoli Nuriyev, a midfielder from Mukachevo, was part of that side. The same 2024–25 season also brought him the Azerbaijan Premier League title.

His route there began well away from Baku. He came through the youth system at Hoverla Uzhhorod without making a senior appearance, then started his senior career at Munkach Mukachevo, where he scored four goals in eight matches. In the Zakarpattia regional championship he finished as top scorer while at FC Mukachevo, and he was named Zakarpattia's Footballer of the Year.

The season that made his name was at Serednye in 2016–17, when he scored 34 goals in 33 appearances. A short spell at Stal Kamianske followed, with seven appearances, before he joined Mynai in July 2018. He stayed three years and scored 36 goals in 74 games in all competitions. In his first season there Mynai won the Second League's Group A and were promoted to the First League.

Kolos Kovalivka signed him in July 2021. In January 2022 he went on loan to Sumgayit in Azerbaijan, playing five times and scoring once. That summer he joined Sabah on a free transfer and settled into the starting eleven. Over four years he played 98 matches and scored 11 goals.

He left Sabah by mutual agreement in February 2026 and signed for Zira on a free transfer, playing 11 times and scoring once. In July 2026 he moved on to the Hungarian club Kisvárda, again as a free agent.
