About the player
Artem Lavrenkov is a product of the CPYF Shinnik academy in Yaroslavl, the city where he was born. His path back to the club that raised him took a two-year detour through three other sides. He started senior football at Rubin-2 in Kazan before moving on to Rostov-2 in the spring of 2024.
The most productive spell of his career so far came at Znamya Truda in Orekhovo-Zuevo, where he joined in the summer of 2024. Across 14 matches for the club he scored twice. That form led to his move back to Yaroslavl in January 2025, when he signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with Shinnik on a free transfer.
Lavrenkov did not settle immediately into the first-team picture at Shinnik. In July 2025 he was sent out on loan to FC Tyumen for the 2025/2026 season. He returned to Shinnik in the summer of 2026.
He has yet to be called up to any Russia national team set-up, at senior or youth level.
