When Deportivo Cuenca signed David González from Racing Club in January 2026, it was a loan, running only until 31 December 2026.
González is a product of Racing Club's academy in Argentina. He broke into the first team there in 2023, featuring in a handful of matches in the Torneo Betano and the Copa Argentina.
