About the player
Dauda Johnson Agwom broke into Novi Pazar's first team during the 2024/2025 season, coming through the Serbian club's youth academy after arriving from Nigeria. Before the move he had already put pen to paper on a contract extension keeping him at the club until 2029, a sign of how highly Novi Pazar rated the young forward even as bigger interest circled.
That interest turned into a transfer in September 2026, when Slovan Liberec signed him and immediately sent him back to Serbia on loan for the 2026/2027 season — a move designed to let him keep developing regular first-team football in the SuperLiga rather than adapting straight away to Czech football.
In Serbia's top flight he has already faced some of the league's leading sides, playing against Partizan and Mladost Lučani. He set up a goal against Vojvodina in August 2026 and got on the scoresheet himself against Red Star Belgrade, the kind of contribution that explains why a club abroad was prepared to sign him while leaving him in place for now.
