About the player
Erick Puerto played for C.D. Choloma in the Liga de Ascenso and made his debut in February 2022 with a goal against Lone F.C. He moved on to Platense F.C. at the start of 2023. His first campaign in the top flight, in 2025/2026, saw him make his Liga Nacional debut in July 2025 with the winning goal in a 2-1 win over Real C.D. España, then go on to score 25 goals in 41 matches across the Apertura and Clausura, 17 of them coming in the Apertura alone.
In June 2026, Puerto joined BATE Borisov on a six-month loan from Platense, with an option to buy attached.
Puerto is a Honduran international forward and plays right-footed.
