About the player
Frankie Phillips joined Liverpool 's youth setup at the age of eight and stayed until he was sixteen, before a brief spell with Southampton .
That step came through Bristol Manor Farm and Paulton Rovers before Exeter City signed him in the summer of 2024.
He was loaned out again for 2025/26, first to Taunton Town and separately to Plymouth Parkway, though the Parkway loan was cut short when Exeter recalled him in March 2026.
Back at Exeter, Phillips has served as backup goalkeeper, called upon when the club's senior options, including Joe Whitworth, have been unavailable through injury.
