Güven Yalçın

Güven Yalçın holds the Süper Lig record for the fastest hat-trick. In April 2019 he came off the bench against Çaykur Rizespor and scored three times. A month later, against Kasımpaşa, he scored another hat-trick, this time in 36 minutes. He was one of the youngest players in the league to reach either mark.

Those games came in his first spell at Beşiktaş, which he joined in July 2018 from Bayer Leverkusen for €150,000. He had been at Leverkusen from 2006. Over four years in Istanbul he played 85 league matches and scored 18 goals.

The years after that were less settled. He went on loan to Lecce in January 2021 and played ten Serie A matches without scoring. When his Beşiktaş contract expired in 2022 he joined Genoa on a free transfer, but he played only 22 league games for the club. His playing time came on loan. At Fatih Karagümrük in 2023–24 he made 32 appearances and scored nine goals, and at Arouca the following season he added four goals in 23 matches.

Alanyaspor signed him from Genoa for 2025–26. He played 34 times and scored nine goals. He left Alanyaspor by mutual agreement.

For Turkey he has played at U21 level and won three caps for the senior side, without scoring.
