Hair Reyes

Jair Reyes came up through Sporting Cristal's youth ranks before making the move that actually launched his career: a switch to ADT Tarma, where he started out with the reserve side, ADT B, in Liga3 in 2025. The step up followed quickly. By March of that year he had been promoted to the first team.

His time at senior level has been steady rather than spectacular so far. Through the 2026 Liga 1 campaign he has made seven appearances without a goal or an assist to his name. The one moment that stands out from his short career came in a 0-0 draw with Comerciantes Unidos, when he was sent off after just twelve minutes on the pitch.

Reyes remains, for now, a product of ADT's pipeline rather than an established name in Peruvian football. There have been no individual honours or team trophies to mark his progress yet, and ADT itself has gone without a Liga 1 title in recent years. What he does have is a foothold in a first team he reached without ever having played senior football elsewhere, having gone straight from Sporting Cristal's academy into ADT's system.
