Johan Elia Guadagno

Johan Guadagno was born in Milan but joined the IF Brommapojkarna academy, where he stayed until 2019. That summer he crossed to Manchester United's youth setup on a free transfer, making nine appearances and keeping two clean sheets for the club's U18 side. He holds Swedish citizenship, but his senior international experience so far is limited to three caps for the Sweden U19 side.

In August 2021 Guadagno left Manchester United for FC Copenhagen. He was registered with the first-team squad during the 2021–22 season and was part of the group that won the Danish Superliga title, though he did not make a competitive appearance for the senior side that campaign.

A move to Italian Serie B side Pisa followed in 2022, but first-team football did not come easily there either, and Guadagno spent much of his time out on loan in the lower divisions of Italian football. Spells at Fiorenzuola and Latina were followed by loans at Campobasso and Sestri Levante, where he picked up clean sheets in Serie C — two for Latina and three for Sestri Levante.

After leaving Pisa, Guadagno returned to Sweden in February 2026, signing for Superettan club IK Brage as a free agent on a contract running to the end of 2028.
