About the player
Lova Sternfeldt helped Trelleborgs FF reach the Damallsvenskan in 2024. She was still with the club when it dropped back to the Elitettan in 2025. She had arrived in January 2023 on a free transfer and made 74 appearances in total.
Her route to Trelleborg was short. She started in the youth ranks at Ulricehamns FK and made her senior debut in 2022 with Bergdalens IK in the Elitettan. That first season brought 23 appearances and five goals.
In January 2026 she moved on again, signing for Kristianstads DFF on a free transfer. Her contract there runs until December 2028. She has also been called up to the Swedish U23 national team.
