About the player

Izountouemoi came through Hammarby's youth setup, playing for the club's U19 side in the UEFA Youth League before starting his senior career with IK Frej Täby on a free transfer in 2019. He has since moved club to club across Swedish football's lower and middle tiers: Dalkurd FF, IK Brage, Gefle IF and, from 2025, FF Jaro in Finland.

He grew into a regular at IK Brage over three seasons, with his 2023 campaign standing out — 27 Superettan appearances and five goals.

At Gefle in 2024 he contributed an assist for Adrian Edqvist in a 2-2 draw with Örgryte IS, and after his move to FF Jaro he set up Rudi Vikström in a 3-2 win over HJK Helsinki in July 2025, as well as scoring three times in that season's Suomen Cup. In March 2026 he joined FC Milsami Orhei on a free transfer, and has since made seven appearances in the Super Liga and two in the UEFA Conference League for his new club.

Izountouemoi has not featured for Sweden at any level above club youth football, and his career so far has brought no individual honours or team titles.
