About the player
Tommaso Pantaleo Milanese came through Roma's academy, joining the club's youth sector in 2016 after starting out at Corvino Academy and ASD Fabrizio Miccoli. He won the Campionato Nazionale Under-16 with Roma's youngsters and finished his time there with 22 goals and 12 assists in 73 appearances. His senior debut came in the UEFA Europa League on 5 November 2020 against CFR Cluj, when he set up a goal for Pedro, and he scored his first professional goal in the same competition the following month.
A loan to Alessandria brought him 35 appearances and his first taste of regular senior football, before Cremonese signed him permanently in July 2022. Loans followed at Venezia, Ascoli and Carrarese as he searched for consistent playing time, and he returned to Ascoli on loan in August 2025. That spell proved his most productive: 22 appearances and five goals persuaded the club to make the move permanent, signing him outright from Cremonese in February 2026 for a reported fee of €100,000.
