Tim Braem

Tim Braem grew up playing for Venlosche Boys before moving into the VVV-Venlo academy, where he stayed until his promotion to the first team in July 2024. In August 2025 the club recognised his progress through its youth ranks with the Jan Klaassens Award, given to the greatest talent to come through the VVV-Venlo academy.

The following month, on 2 September 2025, Braem left for De Graafschap on a three-year deal with an option for a fourth. He soon began to feature in the starting eleven, playing the full match in a 1-1 draw with FC Dordrecht and starting against Almere City in a 3-2 win before being substituted in the 69th minute. His first goal for the club came as a substitute on 31 October 2025, when he struck in the 92nd minute to turn a match against FC Den Bosch into a 1-2 win.

Braem has also represented the Netherlands at under-19 level, earning four caps. Three of those came in qualifying matches against Slovenia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine in November 2024, and the fourth in the final of the 2025 UEFA European Under-19 Championship against England on 20 June 2025.
