J. Kalinina

Yana Kalinina scored twice on her debut for SeaSters Odesa, against Polissya Zhytomyr on 11 March 2026. She is now the club's all-time record league goalscorer. SeaSters finished the 2025/26 season as silver medallists.

Goals have been part of her game since the start. She began in 2012 at Zhytlobud-2 Kharkiv, the club that later became Vorskla Poltava, and spent the 2021–22 season in Poland with Olimpia Szczecin in the Ekstraliga. Her early honours came quickly. She was named Best Young Player of the Winter Championship in 2013. A year later she was the top scorer of the Ukrainian Championship with 15 goals, and she was awarded the title Master of Sports of Ukraine in 2014. In 2015 she finished as top scorer of the Winter Championship. Her 100th career goal came in 2018, which made her a member of the '100 Club' named after S. Frishko.

With Vorskla she won the Ukrainian Championship, a title confirmed for the 2022–23 season.

For Ukraine she first appeared at youth level. She played six times for the Under-19 side in 2012 and 2013 and scored three goals. Her senior debut came in 2017, and she has since made 81 appearances for the national team and scored ten goals. She wears the number 8 shirt there as well as at club level.
